Identification and conceptualisation
- Sectorial Consultancy
  
  We conduct sectorial and planning studies in our fields of expertise, such as master plans and institutional support consultancy services.
- Site Selection and Resource Assessment
  
  We select the most appropriate sites for the development of projects and rigorously analyse the corresponding energy resource (hydrological studies, turbine micro-siting, etc.)
- Concept Design
  
  We develop the parameters, criteria, solutions and most basic design alternatives on which to subsequently develop the basic engineering project.
- Due Diligence
  
  We evaluate the projects from technical and economical perspectives and conduct the suitable studies for each case in all the technologies we tackle for the greatest possible chance of project success.
Analysis & definition
- Risk Monitoring
  
  We develop and identify feasibility studies to produce a technical and economic assessment of project feasibility. We identify attractive greenfield projects for subsequent development. Certain technologies will require a specific feasibility study due to their technical complexity and/or the investment needed.
- Basic engineering
  
  We consider the best alternatives when designing the project in order to ensure that business targets are met, risks are minimised and safety at the future installations is a priority from the outset.
- Risk Analysis
  
  We identify all the risks for a project (contractual, social, administrative, technological, design- and construction-related, economic, environmental, health and safety, country-related or site-related), assessing the likelihood of each one and analysing the impact it would have on the project. We define the necessary actions (eliminate, mitigate, accept or transfer) and at which stage to implement them. To perform this analysis, we create a multidisciplinary team while ensuring we have the knowledge needed to enable an appropriate assessment in all affected areas.

- Detailed engineering
  
  We draw up the definitive designs, construction projects and tender projects in those cases where turnkey action is required for one or more work packages.
- Tendering & procurement
  
  We draw up the specifications, issue calls to tender from the most appropriate suppliers and assess the necessary supply and construction bids.
- Environmental studies
  
  We conduct studies related to environmental issues according to the requirements of local and international legislation and adapted to the current stage of the project at any given time (preliminary or definitive environmental impact studies)
- Licences & Permits
  
  We advise our client on obtaining the licences and permits needed for each stage of the project.

  We apply our methodology and the experience of our professionals to undertake exhaustive oversight of construction and commissioning works in order to identify deviations and propose solutions, such as factory inspections to guarantee respect for deadlines and equipment specifications.

Asset management
- Plant improvements
  
  We identify improvements for increasing efficiency or the useful life of installations, and develop those improvements from conceptualisation through to implementation.
- Specific procedures and studies
  
  We conduct specific studies during the useful life of the installations. Our hydraulic works department has extensive experience in dam auscultation and safety regulations. In the field of wind power, we conduct micro-siting studies, environmental oversight and all necessary procedures. In the field of thermal power generation, we conduct residual life assessments, plant repowering and clean energy studies, as well as CO2 reduction and capture studies.
- Decommissioning / Dismantling
  
  We draw up the basic and detailed engineering plans necessary for facility decommissioning.
